We are a group of dedicated trauma survivors and Certified Mental Health & Trauma professionals committed to advocacy for childhood trauma & trauma survivors by bringing forth awareness and early prevention on the aftereffects of trauma and their relation to mental health. Our mission is to educate and support individuals and communities by highlighting the importance of mental wellness for all ethnicities, ages, and cultures.
This year, we are focusing on the collective efforts to educate our guests about the aftereffects of trauma in the mind and body, the correlation between trauma and mental health and emphasize how the side door approaches play a crucial role in healing and recovery process. By becoming more trauma-informed, we believe that individuals and communities can better support each other on the path to recovery. Join us in our mission to create a more informed, compassionate, and resilient society.
Our speakers are Ph.D., Certified Trauma Coaches, Board Certified Mental Health Coaches, Certified Practitioners in various modalities, and brave Trauma Survivors. They not only have the advanced education in trauma, neuroscience, and neurobiology, but the life experiences too.

We believe that in order to combat the trauma and mental health issues, we need to work together in our communities, schools and practices to bring forth more trauma-informed education. This is important, as it helps develop an understanding as to what the neuroscience behind the aftereffects of trauma are and what ways WE can positively impact those who are struggling to find hope and foster recovery on their journey.
Our goal is to bring a greater awareness throughout the world to all persons and communities by expanding our efforts to help bring education, resources and programs available and to recognize trauma-informed individuals who are paving ways for change.
At our 2nd ANNUAL TRAUMA & MENTAL HEALTH CONFERENCE, you'll hear from Ph.D. Doctors, Certified Trauma Coaches, Certified Practitioners, and Trauma Survivors use their expert trauma knowledge, side door modalities, neuroscience and life experiences to bring hope, encouragement and empowerment to everyone who attends.

Transforming The Mind with Restructuring Through a Biblical Lens- (Breakout) Gina Fox CNTS
Learn the neuroscience of how trauma affects the brain and nervous system. How that trauma affects our relationship with God. Through the use of restructuring and biblical principles, we can change the neurons for mindset change.
We will teach BOTH biblical principles and other principles for mindset change.
Releasing Trauma on the Cellular Level (Workshop)
Brief Description: is an innovative workshop designed to delve into the profound effects of trauma on the body's cellular structure. Unlike traditional approaches that focus solely on the psychological aspects of trauma, this workshop addresses the physiological imprints left at the cellular level, where trauma can linger and disrupt overall health.
Guests will explore how trauma is stored in the body's cells and learn practical techniques to release these deep-seated imprints. The workshop integrates includes somatic movements, trauma informed movements and relaxation techniques. By focusing on cellular health, the workshop aims to rejuvenate the body's natural healing mechanisms, promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Guests will leave with a deeper understanding of how trauma affects their bodies and equipped with tools to support ongoing healing and transformation. Attachment and the Struggling Student (Breakout) Alinda Quinn CATC
This course offers an overview of attachment styles and explores the ways that these styles and potential wounding show up in student behavior, performance, and relationships.
The Well-Regulated Teacher (Workshop)
This course examines the common states of the nervous system in non-medical terminology and how these states shift throughout our daily lives, especially for teachers The class offers tips to help educators recognize and regulate those states and co-regulate with students in an effort to sustain a more effective and fulfilling classroom experience.
The Trauma-Informed Classroom (Breakout)
The course, an introduction to trauma in the classroom, aims to raise educator awareness of trauma response behaviors among students and themselves. It offers trauma-sensitive strategies to foster warmth and safety in the learning environment. Attendees will walk away with a deepened ability to view student behavior through a trauma lens.

Trauma changes the way we breathe. Survivors often hold their breath or take shallow inhales. This creates distress within the body & doesn't allow for optimal breathing.
Change the way you breathe, and it changes your life. Join Amy Pagett as she helps you connect to your breath using sensory awareness & somatic embodiment. Explore the science of breathing as well as gain practical breathing tools to help optimize your breathwork experience.
Parenting with a dysregulated Nervous System (Breakout)
Children are always coregulating with their caregivers. A regulated parent cultivates a healthy environment for a regulated child. Deepen your understanding of your nervous system and gain tools to help self-regulate. Just as trauma is generational so is healing. One of the greatest gifts we can offer our children is self-regulation. A regulated caregiver parents from a place of connection rather than control.
Self-Care (Breakout): Jeremiah Fulmer - CTCP, CATSS-A
This Breakout will provide an overview of Self-care and the importance of caring for ourselves to enhance our ability to care for our clients, patients, students and others that we work with and care for. This session includes a brief interactive Self-care assessment.

This is an interactive workshop where we dive a little deeper into assessing what Self-care looks like in our own lives. Together we will create a Self-Care plan that is custom to you that will give you actionable strategies you can put to use directly.
Mindfulness Meditation (Breakout and Workshop in One) x 2 sessions - Robert Kehoe - Certified Advocate for Humanity
In this dynamic 90-minute session we’ll embark on a journey into the life-changing practices of mindfulness and meditation. Through thought provoking teaching and interactive exercises, your experience with me will begin to chart a way forward into a phase of transformation and realization. Mindfulness and meditation are closely connected, often overlapping, yet they serve distinct purposes within the broader practice of mental and emotional well-being.
Mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It involves being fully aware of what’s happening around you and within you - your thoughts, emotions, sensations - without getting caught up in them. The goal is to cultivate a sense of awareness that carries into everyday life, helping you respond to situations more thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively.
Meditation: Meditation is a broader practice that typically involves dedicating time to focus and calm the mind. There are various forms of meditation, and mindfulness meditation is one of them. In mindfulness meditation, the focus is often on the breath or bodily sensations, allowing you to observe your thoughts and feelings without attachment.
