Mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It involves being fully aware of what’s happening around you and within you - your thoughts, emotions, sensations - without getting caught up in them. The goal is to cultivate a sense of awareness that carries into everyday life, helping you respond to situations more thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively.

Meditation: Meditation is a broader practice that typically involves dedicating time to focus and calm the mind. There are various forms of meditation, and mindfulness meditation is one of them.
